Digital Advertising Contractor

Jackbox Games is looking for a part-time Digital Advertising Contractor to join our team! We anticipate 20-30 hours per month for 3 months with a possible option to extend 3 months based on workload.Who are We?Jackbox is a game studio best known for our Jackbox Party Pack franchise: a set of five social party games released every fall. and who we are and what we make at jackboxgames.com.What’s the Job?We are looking for a digital advertising contractor to support our Senior Advertising Manager in building awareness of Jackbox titles and improving conversion rates, specifically through ad campaign building and optimization on Meta (Facebook and Instagram digital ads, specifically). This role will involve a combination of campaign building, optimization, analysis, and reporting back with the results of any experiments that have been run.Responsibilities:Meet with the Senior Advertising Manager periodically to review planned campaigns and discountsDevelop a strategy with a preset budget for each campaign and present that to the Senior Advertising Manager for approvalPropose A/B tests that can be run that analyze both ad creative and targeting tacticsBuild out campaigns and push them liveMonitor campaigns throughout their lifecycle and optimize performanceAnalyze campaign performance at its conclusion and then deliver results back to the teamBased on creative performance, submit requests for new creative or updates to existing assets for future campaignsMonitor ad campaign comments and respond accordinglyIdeal Candidates Will Have...2 years of experience building and optimizing campaigns in the Meta Ads dashboard for both Facebook and InstagramStrong writing skills for crafting ad campaign copyA team player mentality - this role will be interfacing with our internal artists and international team for localizing ad contentStrong attention to detail to spot any errors in the many campaigns we are running concurrentlyBut It's Great If You Also Have…Prior knowledge of our catalog of games and a basic understanding of the kinds of games we make and how they work.RequirementsIdeal candidates will align with our following values:Craft: the skills, effort, and wisdom it take to excel in the work we doResults: focusing our efforts to deliver value to the company and those who play our gamesTeamwork: Making the most of our combined talents to achieve our goalsCommunication: The respectful exchange of information in order to minimize misunderstandings, confusion, and other pitfalls of working in a groupAgility: Moving quickly with clarity and coordination to a shared destinationInclusion: Seeking out, respecting, and appreciating diversity in both our organization and our customers.Jackbox Games is a group effort and you must work collaboratively.
