Aloha Future Friend, Im currently looking for someone that is able to take control of our accounting department that oversees every aspect of the dealership. Accounting experience of at least 3years is a MUST, attention to detail, experience working at a dealerships, fully familiar with chart of accounts for a dealerships DMS system is a must and most importantly someone that wants a challenge to take this to then next level. \- Assists in completion of annual review/audit \- Reconciliation of all dealership accounts - Checking, Credit lines, Credit card, and vendors \- Ensures compliance with all government regulations \- Prepares tax reports, tax deposits and tax returns in a timely, accurate manner \- Prepares monthly floor plan report for use in commission calculations \- Prepares sales commission/chargeback detail reports \- Calculates sales and manager commissions monthly \- Manages the payoff of vehicle floor plan and works with bank representatives \- Approves new charge accounts and oversees collection of past due accounts \- Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management and/or dealer principal \- Attends managers meetings as requested If you think this might be something that interest you please call me.
