Your work will include, but not be limited to: • Assuring safety standards are followed at all times, reporting all accidents and near misses • Identifying safety issues and helping to resolve concerns • Driving 5S in the area and hold others accountable to 5S World Class Housekeeping standards • Identifying scrap, defects, or quality issues as they appear and review quality alerts and metrics • Ensuring work is done, the right way the first time to deliver the right quality to our customer • Reading Liaison reports to make improvements and correct issues • Completing all repairs they can in station • Ensuring poka-yokes in place • Assuring safety, quality, production, and work standards are always followed • Driving and contributing to continuous improvement suggestions and projects • Adhering to and measuring line KPI’s • Inspecting equipment, tools, structures, or materials to identify repair needs or other problems or defects • Learning and rotating through all the tasks in the team cell • Meeting/exceeding line efficiency targets to ensure customer delivery is achieved Your Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications): • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Ability to work overtime & weekends • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work any shift
