5 gallon Operations/Sales Manager

This position is responsible for directing the support functions and the resources of the corporation, in order to deliver the 5-gallon volume, revenue and profit objectives. Develop and recommend objectives and strategies in all areas of marketing and sales to provide short-term and long-term direction for the 5-gallon business. Assist in coordinating the daily duties of the installer, route coordinator, and accounting personnel in achieving 5-gallon’s objectives. Direct the Marketing Services department in the development and execution of promotional programs in accordance with the 5-gallon promotion strategy. Maintain close working relationship in the implementation of the marketing programs and provide assistance to achieve the sales objectives.
