ABOUT THE STORE: We have one of the top locations in the city and have people from all walks of life who are regulars here. \- Must have 2 + years sales, service industry, retail, customer service, hospitality \- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures \- Manage all daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks \- Keep a calm head when dealing with customer concerns \- Work a flexible schedule \- Excellent communication skills with staff and customers \- Ability to speak and write English \- Proficient at all Microsoft Office Programs \- Ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and kneeling \- Must be over 21, with no prior felony offenses
