ABOUT THE JOB: Radio and Television Experts “RATE” is an established advertising agency that has helped hundreds of the top-ranking real estate agents around the US & Canada increase their business and rise to the top of their market, their company, and for some the world through strategically created and placed media advertising, utilizing well known and respected personalities on TV and radio, such as Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, Bobby Bones, Rascal Flatts’ Gary Levox and Shark Tank star and real estate expert Barbara Corcoran. DUTIES INCLUDE:  Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns  Compare and negotiate rates and airtime  Prepare schedules and adjust when needed  Coordinate with creative services for the production of advertising assets and traffic  Manage radio media buys from negotiation through placement  Build and maintain a strong relationship with media vendors  Work with vendors and account managers to ensure creative deadlines and assets are delivered for an on-time campaign launch  Review invoices from partners and ensure that we are paying only for the value received  Monitors costs AS OUR PERFECT MATCH, YOU:  You demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development. YOUR HISTORY LIKELY SHOWS:  3+ years of proven experience as a media buyer or similar role.  Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
