This position requires phone and email contact with new and existing customers and prospects who have contacted the company with an interest in products or services. This position will be working with colleges, high schools, and 9-1-1 agencies purchasing the simulator or 9-1-1 online Academy and helping them with any ongoing support they may need. This is an in-office position and remote work is not available at this time. This is a PART-TIME PERMANENT position.
