911 Simulator Customer and Product Specialist Job Description Permanent PT 30 Hours a Week - Fridays off Paid Major Holidays Position open until filled 911 Dispatcher experience is a MUST for this position. This company provides 9-1-1 computer to computer simulators to the 911 industry, colleges and high schools. Full training and support is provided for this position in all areas. Will be responsible for social media and marketing. • Updating existing customers information by calling (no cold calling) • Answering incoming phones/emails regarding our products • Contacting conferences and sending advertising material • Contacting clients for follow up on quotes or orders • Data entry and updating into an ACT database • Handling email responses on orders • Packing/Shipping UPS Worldship • Proof reading materials • Assist Owner and Office Manager as needed • Website management • Ordering supplies • Other duties as assigned Required • 6+ year of office experience and customer service • Self motivated – mature worker • Ability to be flexible and handle daily distractions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with heavy phone contact • Knowing Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook • Desire to provide excellent customer service and increase sales • Comfortable working in a small family business • Lift 50 lbs • Provide weekly updated spreadsheets on conferences and prospects • Comfortable working independently • Dog friendly No dress code, relaxed, fun and hard-working atmosphere where people support one another and love what they do.
