I have several carpet cleaning companies in different locations. I am looking to be a silent partner like I am at my other locations. For year 1 it will be you working jobs and answering the phones after you average 3k wee (around 3-4 months) we get a helper * Must be able to answer phones professionally, follow up with leads * Must be able to physically perform carpet cleaning (experience would be great, but willing to work with the right person - you will need to get IICRC Cert online 2-day class that I'll pay for) * Must track receipts and be good at email communication. * A location to park our vehicle - * This is a partnership and after 6 months I add you to LLC documents if we show we can work together and grow the location. My long term goal with you is to grow this with a long term plan to sell (50/50 Split when or if we sell) I am a very liberal, Black Lives Matter, Wear a Mask, Pro-Choice kind of person.
