I own Focus Media House, Memoria, and Syndikit, three businesses that are all in the video and media space.

This job listing is for Focus Media House, and the role that I'm looking to fill here is appointment setting.

This is cold emailing, cold calling, and cold whatever else-ing you can come up with to acquire clients.

We are looking to scale. We have a team that can film, script, edit, and manage ads for companies here in Utah. We need someone that is smart with AI and smart with finding tools that will let them get long lists of leads to then call, text, and email.

And the offer is easy to say yes to. We do their first shoot and run their ads for 2 weeks before they pay a dime. Nobody else in Utah is doing that. We don't give it to everyone though, so part of your job is finding the right businesses.

The fundamentals of how we will be running this process will be based on the book $100M Leads by Alex Hormozi. The thing is, cold emailing and cold calling are not that complicated. It's just a matter of building a system around it and improving it over time.

This job has an insane amount of potential. I want to put you in a position where you can make bank very quickly as soon as we're able to close a few clients, and that money goes straight back to you in your pocket. I'm no greedy business owner.

Here's how you get paid. This is commission. When you bring in a client and we close them, you get 50% of their first month and then most likely recurring pay from that client as long as they are with us. You're paid when they pay. Bring in 4 clients your first month and that's real money fast- easily 5k+. I'm not promising anything, it's all on you, but the upside is huge.

If you're tired of working for a 55 year old boss who already has his retirement saved up and doesn't actually care about the job, this is most likely for you.

Keep in mind, you are starting from zero. No warm leads handed to you. We build the system together and get better at it every week. If you need a steady paycheck right now, that's totally fine, this just isn't it.

The details: this is full time, we work from our office in Lindon most days with some work from home, possibly more flexibility over time.
