This role focuses on engaging prospective, new, and existing customers across all stages of the journey from awareness and acquisition through retention, loyalty, and advocacy. **Retention Strategy and Lifecycle Planning**Develop, coordinate, and implement lifecycle marketing strategies focused on customer retention, engagement, and long-term loyalty. **Customer Experience and Journey Optimization**Map and analyze the customer journey to identify opportunities to improve satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
