The Account Coordinator (AC) is an entry level position that allows one to learn the inner workings of a digital marketing agency, and how we deliver results to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: Day-to-Day Duties Support AEs and SAEs with their respective day-to-day duties as needed Executes standardized work Participate in Client Status Meeting conference calls Maintain relationships with production and creative staff Monitor production timetables and ensure each milestone is met and addressed, keeping Client(s) and Account Teams apprised of process and timeline ramifications SKILLS AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience required 1+ years of digital experience preferred Traditional and automotive experience is a plus Client focused with a strong sense of detail and urgency Proven communication proficiency, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organization
