Account Coordinator - Digital Advertising

Location: Baton Rouge or New Orleans (Baton Rouge preferred) Want to grow your advertising experience quickly? This position reports to the Director or Account Services. Qualifications Attend agency and client zoom meetings as necessaryAssist with meeting preparation, including gathering materials/info from other team members and creating PowerPoint (Google Slides) presentationsCoordination with agency members for account services, production, digital, media & billingManagement of broadcast & digital projects, including requesting, proofing, and gathering final approvalsQA'ing production and agency assetsDaily internal & client communicationLogging, distributing & managing meeting notes and action itemsTask management of your own tasks, as well as working with team members to ensure you receive needed materials on timeVarious tasks related to online reputation and social media, digital reporting, team meetings, and more
