Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities • Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet client expectations • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients for business development and sales opportunities • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize value for both clients and the company • Track campaign and social media performance and prepare regular reports for clients • Collaborate with team members • Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new opportunities for expansion • Lead presentations and meetings with clients to communicate project progress and proposals effectively • Maintain strong communication channels with clients to address concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields • 3+ years of experience in account/project management within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment (or equivalent) • Proven experience in negotiation, business development, or account management roles • Solid understanding of organic and paid search marketing (SEO/SEM) including campaign coordination and reporting • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to influence and build relationships • Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to interpret data for strategic decision-making • Experience in marketing strategies related to sales growth initiatives • Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively within a team • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously • Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
