We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Account Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-agency position. Just so you know, remote workers don't need to apply. Duties • Collaborate on organic and paid search (SEO/SEM) strategies, campaign implementation, • and performance tracking for client accounts • Coordinate and oversee social media initiatives, content calendars, and execution across client accounts • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, digital, social media, media, production) to ensure timely project delivery • Lead client meetings, presentations, and communications • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues • Ensure all deliverables align with client objectives and agency standards • Track campaign and social media performance and prepare regular reports for clients • Identify opportunities for account growth, including social media initiatives, and upsell agency services Skills / Qualifications • Solid understanding of organic and paid search marketing (SEO/SEM), including campaign coordination and reporting • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • 3+ years of experience in account/project management within an advertising agency or digital marketing environment (or equivalent) • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficient with project management tools and platforms • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • A team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
