The Account Director role will be responsible for providing leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities and strategic guidance to clients. Key Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree or higher.Experience: 7+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency.Effective presentation, mentorship, and client-facing skills.Specialized Knowledge: Solid understanding of Veeva systems and client requirements.Understand brand fundamentals (positioning, messaging, creative concepts) and how they all work together.Possess deep knowledge of category and competitive set, as well as client pipeline.Understand FDA rules/regulations and life cycle of a brand.Fluent in market research methodology and approaches.Excellent understanding of the digital marketplace and ad formats.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
