Account Director, Shopper Marketing Agency

Key Responsibilities

Challenge and manage a team of in-field Market Managers as well as an in-house team of Account Managers
Identify venues and assist in multi-market site selection and negotiation
Negotiate and manage vendors to ensure flawless execution and optimum return on cost
Serve as the primary contact for national and regional clients
Provide weekly status updates on program results, including personnel and client reporting
Track and maintain all event budgets, ensuring bottom-line delivery for each project
Manage crises by identifying field issues and developing effective solutions
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experiential marketing experience
8+ years of supervisory/management experience
Proven expertise in client service, business development, and overall program management (concept, implementation, and execution)
Experience managing a multi-market team of Market Managers/Event Managers
Prior experience working with Target, Kroger, and Albertsons
Previous collaboration with partner agencies
Strong client communication skills with a focus on insight, analysis, and program reporting
Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms
Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to work in a digital environment

Salary Range: $85,800.00 - $102,118.00
