** As a **Local B2B Sales Account Executive** with Mspark, you will be provided the opportunity to grow your sales career and control your future financial opportunity. ** * Be enthusiastic, driven and passionate about providing print and digital advertising solutions to local businesses by understanding their needs * Multi-task with prospecting, scheduling appointments and meeting with potential prospects via video, phone and face- to-face by using our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system * Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the in-depth training provided, ongoing leadership coaching and best in class cross functional internal support teams * Make solution presentations to prospects and customers based on a thorough discovery of their needs and setting expectations * Achieve sales performance objectives through client retention, up sell, cross sell and new business development ### Experience and Skills * B2B sales experience and business development ideally in advertising and media sales * Understands the importance of and has experience with CRM systems * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) * Strong communication and written skills * Ability to create, build and maintain business relationships **Our Hiring Commitment** We understand that many candidates may not be perfectly qualified for a job posting.
