The perfect candidate will provide white glove customer service to new clients as well as existing relationships. Responsibilities • Achieve or exceed revenue targets by employing effective external sales methodologies • Forge new business opportunities and deliver tangible outcomes for clients through imaginative and targeted campaigns • Formulate comprehensive campaign strategies, encompassing brand development and creative aspects, ensuring alignment with client expectations throughout execution • Cultivate trustworthy relationships with clients, the community, and Treese Media Group, by consistently delivering on commitments with thorough preparation, delivery, and follow-through • Expand your client portfolio in line with set goals, identifying companies undergoing expansion, relocation, or hiring processes • Meet or surpass revenue benchmarks for existing, new, and digital business segments, alongside corporate initiatives, devising strategies to aid goal attainment • Augment client advertising expenditure while enhancing their overall investment • Uphold high standards in deliverables to drive client success • Aid in receivables collection • Enhance sales competencies, including effective storytelling, prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing • Develop expertise in crafting compelling and impactful campaigns Work Experience • 3+ years of media or advertising sales experience (Required) • Provide examples of winning marketing strategies and creative campaigns Education • Preferred 4-year college degree, preferably in Communications Benefits • Company Sponsored Medical and Dental benefits available
