Account Executive

Timely communication is imperative in order to complete projects on time and on budget. Expect to work closely with the rest of our team in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. • Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget • Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and Ridge Media by maintaining regular contact with both • Ensure that communication flows effectively • Present creative work to clients for approval or modification • Team Liaison • Facilitate website, design, and production projects for the creative team • Manage client communications regarding setting expectations, timelines, and budget • Review social media goals and reports with social media coordinator • Social Media • Communicate social media campaigns with client • Communicate reports, trends, satisfaction, and challenges to report back to team • Email marketing • Create monthly newsletters to cover specials, events, etc. Account Executive Requirements: • 1+ years of professional work experience • Familiarity and foundational knowledge of digital marketing for a business • Excellent Communications skills • High-energy, outgoing, and personable • Comfort with data and numbers • Enjoys public speaking • An understanding of digital marketing to translate reports to the client • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Experience working as part of a team • First-class organizational skills • A proactive approach to creative projects • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a cool outlook • A professional character that will allow you to build client rapport • The confidence to give clients trust in your work • Ability to prioritize correctly and meet deadlines • Work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of a successful media company.
