Account Executive (AE)

Job Summary
The Account Executive is responsible for owning client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring marketing strategies deliver measurable results. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Lead client communication, including regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new services and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, production) to execute strategies
• Develop and present campaign strategies, reports, and pitch materials
• Track performance metrics and communicate insights to clients and leadership
• Support new business efforts, including prospect meetings and proposals
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and overall account health

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years in account management or client services (agency preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels
• Ability to think strategically and connect marketing efforts to business outcomes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
