Account Executive (AE)

This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and works closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into effective campaigns. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Lead client communication, including regular check-ins and performance reviews • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new services and campaigns • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, production) to execute strategies • Develop and present campaign strategies, reports, and pitch materials • Track performance metrics and communicate insights to clients and leadership • Support new business efforts, including prospect meetings and proposals • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and overall account health Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance
