Outside Sales Representative – Hibu

Hibu is seeking an energetic sales professional to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. The role offers uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on‑target earnings ranging from $100,000 to $152,000 across the first two years.

Key Responsibilities Sell digital marketing solutions such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Cold‑call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments. Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.

Build and manage strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries. Grow a book of business and retain clients through effective account management, earning residual commissions.

Qualifications Grit, perseverance, and a “refuse to lose” mindset. Problem solving and relationship‑building skills. Quick‑witted, adaptable, and strategic. Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Compensation &

Benefits Base salary with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses (Year 1: $100k‑$120k; Year 2: $132k‑$152k). Hybrid sales environment (home office and in‑field work).
