Job Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Bakersfield sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. Your Responsibilities - Meet and exceed sales targets and monitor personal sales data and reports - Target businesses in the assigned area and visit each established Lamar client as well as competitor's clients in a specified time frame - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects - Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity - Participate in sales meetings, regional meetings, seminars, and trade shows Requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make cold calls and presentations - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite - Valid driver's license
