You'll also partner with existing clients to optimize their digital advertising strategies and amplify the impact of Cox Media's media solutions. Proven success in sales or business development, including identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and exceeding sales goals.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.Ability to use data to develop and sell effective media strategies.Skilled at presenting complex solutions in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high levels of client relationships and business excellence.A valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation. Advertising or media experience is helpful, but not required-we provide training to help you succeed.Experience prospecting new business and building client relationships through consultative, solutions-oriented selling.Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and influence decision-makers.Experience selling complex or customizable solutions, with the ability and willingness to learn new products, tools, and technologies.Strong curiosity, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast-changing, performance-driven environment.Comfort working in a hybrid environment with 3 or more in-office collaboration days per week.Industry certifications and/or relevant sales certifications are a plus. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.
