We value integrity, smarter growth, and lasting client relationships. The first 90 days are structured with a lower base salary but higher commissions to allow you to prove yourself quickly. Compensation • Probation (first 90 days): ~$26,000 annualized base + 15–20% commission per deal • Standard Plan (after probation): $42,000 base salary + 12% commission on new clients + 2% residuals on Year 1 clients during Year 2 (commissions sunset after 24 months) • Early Promotion Option: Hit quota before 90 days → immediate raise to $42,000 base, while keeping the higher promotional commission rate until month 4 • On-Target Earnings (OTE): • 1.5 clients/month (Minimum): $65,000–$70,000 first-year earnings • 2.0 clients/month (Expected): $75,000–$85,000 first-year earnings • 2.5 clients/month: $90,000–$100,000+ first-year earnings Experience: • Advertising Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
