Account Executive – Digital Advertising & Social Media Sales

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Hybrid — 2-3 days/week in office) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $30-$40/hour DOE during 90-day ramp, transitioning to salaried + uncapped tiered commission BOOSTERIZE is a Beverly Hills-based full-service digital marketing agency and certified TikTok Partner. 1-3 years as SDR / BDR at a digital marketing agency, ad-tech company, or marketing SaaS — and you already know growth marketers at consumer brands Junior Account Executive at a boutique digital agency, ready for more autonomy and bigger upside 2-3 years in-house performance marketing or growth marketing at a DTC or consumer brand, with strong relationships across your peer network of marketers at other consumer brands, wanting to pivot into agency sales Do Not Apply If Your sales experience is exclusively B2C retail, gym/membership sales, D2D residential sales (alarm/internet/cable), real estate, hospitality, or food service Your background is in-house marketing, content creation, graphic design, or account management without a sales quota component You are currently in school or recently graduated with no full-time B2B sales experience You need a base salary floor above $85K You are looking for inbound leads handed to you
