Account Executive Digital Ad Sales

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team to activate small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as new advertisers on a social media platform JumpCrew is partnered with. In this role, you’ll focus on net new advertiser acquisition — educating business owners, pitching the value, and helping them launch their first campaigns. In this role, you’ll focus on net new advertiser acquisition — educating business owners, pitching the value, and helping them launch their first campaigns. Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and high-quality advertiser experience Leverage tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and performance Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign success and advertiser satisfaction Consistently meet or exceed monthly activation and revenue targets What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales or account executive roles preferred) Familiarity with digital advertising , paid social, or media sales a plus Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to unique business needs Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Starting at $48,000/year Commission & Incentives: Uncapped earning potential based on performance Benefits Package: Medical, dental/vision benefits, 401k Growth Opportunity: Career path toward Senior AE, Account Management, or Sales Leadership Additional Information: Location: Onsite, JumpCrew HQ- Nashville, TN Mon-Thu in office, WFH Fri Unlimited PTO plan 9 company holidays Bring your (well-behaved) pet to the office JumpCrew, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is a three-time winner of Nashville’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For (2021, 2022, 2023).
