Position: Account Executive (Entry-Level) The Account Executive is an entry-level, client-facing role designed to develop future account managers, strategists, and business development leaders at Boiling Point Media. This position supports sales efforts, client communication, and campaign execution while learning the fundamentals of marketing strategy, media planning, and agency operations.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, relationship-driven, and eager to grow into a full account ownership role over time.Primary Responsibilities Client & Account SupportServe as day-to-day support on assigned client accounts alongside Account Managers and leadershipAssist with client communication, meeting prep, notes, and follow-upsHelp maintain organized client documentation, timelines, and deliverablesSupport onboarding of new clients and internal handoff from sales to productionBusiness Development SupportAssist with inbound and outbound sales efforts, including research and lead trackingHelp prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for prospective clientsConduct market, competitor, and audience research to support sales strategyCampaign & Project CoordinationSupport execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, OTT/CTV, and videoCoordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, production, media) to keep projects movingTrack deliverables, deadlines, and approvals using Asana and internal toolsAssist with reporting, performance summaries, and basic insights for clientsDevelop a working understanding of full-funnel marketing strategiesLearn Boiling Point Media’s service offerings, processes, and value propositionsBuild confidence in presenting ideas, strategy summaries, and performance updatesProgress toward owning smaller accounts or portions of larger accounts over timeRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlinesProficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)Strong interest in marketing, advertising, media, and client servicesPreferred (Not Required)Internship or entry-level experience in marketing, sales, or advertisingFamiliarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, OTT/CTV, analytics tools)Experience with CRM systems, Asana, or project management toolsInterest in government, tourism, automotive, or regional economic development marketingWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleClients feel supported, informed, and confident in communicationInternal teams receive clear, organized direction and follow-throughSales and account leaders can rely on this role for preparation and execution supportThe Account Executive steadily takes on more responsibility and strategic ownershipWhy Boiling Point MediaBoiling Point Media is a full-service marketing, advertising, and film production agency built on strategy, creativity, and measurable results.
