View Florida is a fast-growing billboard advertising company with nearly 350 displays across Central Florida, and we’re continuing to expand. We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Account Executive who wants to build a book of business, close deals, and grow their income.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who is competitive, coachable, and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

Prospect daily to uncover new advertising opportunities
Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
Build relationships and close new business
Create and present advertising proposals
Manage a sales pipeline and follow up consistently
Network in the community and stay active in the field
Meet activity and revenue goals

Qualifications

Outside sales, B2B sales, advertising sales, or business development experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person sales
Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient
Organized and disciplined with time and follow-up
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation

Base salary: $50,000 minimum
Commission and performance-based earning potential
Top performers can earn $70,000+ in Year 1
Year 2+ earning potential: $90,000+
