Account Executive (Remote)

If you have agency experience or are looking to make the change to an agency and have awesome client service chops, read on. to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects, tactics and campaigns * Manage and secure client approvals of scope of work, project estimates, invoices and work with client to update status and revise project scopes as necessary * Interpret client requests, technical requirements, and data to write effective tickets and scopes of work and communicate needs and expectations with clients * Analyze data and account performance and report to client on a monthly basis * Build and presents client-facing seasonal marketing plans * Present new marketing opportunities and recommended technical upgrades to clients * Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to client **Requirements:** Our firm has made a big name for itself in the medical marketing space; our clients expect and deserve the attention of a professional with: * A minimum of 3-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience (specific disciplines could include internet marketing, paid media, medical device sales, SAAS) * Demonstrated strategic, consultative, and analytical management approach with a focus on building partnerships with clients * Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with multiple clients * Knowledge and experience in online marketing and advertising practices * A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards * Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done * Budget development and oversight experience * Ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence (EQ), be a strong client advocate, be self-driven, and able to manage their own book of business * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Technology or related field preferred **We truly enjoy each other here at Etna and you will fit in best if you have:** * A sense of humor and optimistic personality * An eye for details * A collaborative attitude * Self-motivation * Good judgement * A resourceful nature **Etna Interactive operates a distributed team with members in-office (San Luis Obispo, CA) and remote.
