Account Executive – SMB Advertising Location: Nashville, TN | Type: Full-Time | About the Role:We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team to activate small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as new advertisers on a social media platform JumpCrew is partnered with. • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and high-quality advertiser experience • Leverage tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and performance • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign success and advertiser satisfaction • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activation and revenue targets What We’re Looking For: • 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales or account executive roles preferred) • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms • Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to unique business needs • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment JumpCrew, headquartered in Nashville, TN, is a three-time winner of Nashville’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For (2021, 2022, 2023).
