Account Executive – SMB Advertising

Location: Remote | Type: Full-Time | About the Role: We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team to activate small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as new advertisers on a social media platform Jump Crew is partnered with. • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and high-quality advertiser experience • Leverage tools like Salesforce to track pipeline and performance • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign success and advertiser satisfaction • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activation and revenue targets What We’re Looking For: • 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales or account executive roles preferred) • Familiarity with digital advertising , paid social, or media sales a plus • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms • Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to unique business needs • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Performance Metrics: • Activate a minimum of 20 new advertisers per month • Drive an average of $1,000+ in spend per activated advertiser • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene • Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: Starting at $48,000/year • Commission & Incentives: Uncapped earning potential based on performance • Benefits Package: Medical, dental/vision benefits, 401k • Growth Opportunity: Career path toward Senior AE, Account Management, or Sales Leadership Additional Information: • Location: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Jump Crew by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Advertising Account Executive” roles.
