Account Executive SMB Advertising

We're looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our team to activate small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as new advertisers on a social media platform JumpCrew is partnered with. In this role, you'll focus on net new advertiser acquisition educating business owners, pitching the value, and helping them launch their first campaigns. What We're Looking For: • 12 years of sales experience (inside sales or account executive roles preferred) • Familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales a plus • Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach • Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms • Consultative mindset with the ability to tailor pitches to unique business needs • Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: $48,000/year • Commission & Incentives: Uncapped earning potential based on performance • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision benefits, 401k • Growth Opportunity: Career path toward Senior AE, Account Management, or Sales Leadership Additional Information: • Location: Remote - US only • Unlimited PTO plan • 9 company holidays
