As an account manager of direct accounts, you will be responsible for working as a partner with your account executive(s) on the direct sales team to respond to rfps and build proposals, launch and monitor campaigns for delivery and performance, as well identify... opportunities to upsell to your clients. responsibilities pre-sale: • proposal building – both excel and power point in conjunction with the ae • product knowledge – pricing, specs, functions • provide supporting research for recommended media strategies • work with internal teams to create a campaign that aligns with client goals • communicate with clients to understand all rfp submissions along with ae’s • work with sales to ensure sales force is up to date relationship management: • provide world class client service by communicating to clients in a proactive, consistent and informative manner • become an expert in the online video industry and rhythmone ad products • develop an ongoing relationship with agencies/advertisers education: • bachelor’s degree or higher
