As an Account Manager You will be responsible for the performance of your accounts and should be excited about being the main point of contact for all plans, budgets, conflicts and achievement of resolution. Strong customer service skills working with customers to solve issues and have a tenacity to solve for root cause problems to ensure an excellent customer experience. Develop and deliver training material to the account’s sales and support staff Cross functionally work with customer service, finance and operations team to deliver on a positive/profitable account experience Maintain existing customer database and develop processes to update for currency and completeness
