Burke Advertising is looking for an energetic, organized, and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team.

As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients while coordinating with our creative, digital, media, web, and video production teams to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Lead client meetings and presentations
Develop marketing strategies alongside agency leadership
Coordinate projects with designers, developers, writers, videographers, and media buyers
Create project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Review creative materials for accuracy before delivery
Prepare estimates, proposals, and campaign recommendations
Monitor project budgets and profitability
Work with digital teams on:
Google Ads
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
SEO
OTT/CTV
Email Marketing
CRM & Marketing Automation
Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships
Keep clients informed with regular reporting and campaign updates
Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of account management, marketing, advertising, or agency experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
Professional presentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar is a plus
Experience with HubSpot, SharpSpring or CRM platforms is a plus
Digital marketing knowledge is highly desirable
