Account Manager

Overview: The Account Manager position at CEMM is a client management role with client relationship and program execution responsibility. • Effectively Coordinate Across Larger Team • Work as a team player, coordinating efforts to ensure that all team members are effective and successful in any given project or initiative and that all client deliverables and expectations are met. • Firm understanding of project goals, deliverables, budgets and timing required to execute all programs that are sold into the client so that responsibility can be taken for client related activity. • Master Project Management • Manage multiple projects and details simultaneously, ensuring that all activities are effectively coordinated and successfully execute • Ability to coordinate various projects across team as well as with all client contacts. • Strong knowledge or experience in online and offline disciplines, as well as new and emerging technologies; account management and client relationship management, CPG and shopper marketing strategy and execution, and analysis/reporting against program metrics.
