What You’ll Do: • Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients • Manage day-to-day communication and client relationships • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, pr, media, production) to deliver projects on time and on budget • Guide clients on messaging, branding, public relations, and advertising strategies • Offer creative and strategic solutions to meet client goals • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and maintain a high standard of quality • Understand and manage the full advertising process from concept through execution • Proactively problem-solve and keep projects moving forward • Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and reports • Review creative work and provide constructive feedback from the client’s perspective before client presentations. Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
