Account Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: \\- Ideally this candidate has prior advertising agency experience working in account management (2 – 4 years) \\- B2C campaign and brand advertising experience preferred \\- Expertise in broadcast, digital, and print production \\- Strong client-facing skills, ability to partner with clients and build trust \\- Good multi-tasker, project manager, and budget wrangler STUFF YOU GET TO DO: \\- Proactively manage the creative developmental process from idea generation through execution, ensuring the HUb team is on schedule and within budget \\- Communicate effectively with clients: manage expectations, speak, write, and present clearly and persuasively \\- Problem solve positively, overcome obstacles, and always work toward identifying/reaching the next steps \\- Be accountable for keeping the HUb team on schedule and on budget \\- Exercise fluency in broadcast, digital, and print production processes \\- Manage specific scopes of HUb work, coordinating resources, freelancers, and internal budgets \\- Communicate clearly and precisely with clients on schedules, deliverables, financial and billing issues \\- Be a champion of work – strategically and creatively DESCRIPTION First and foremost we need someone who has the relevant advertising and communication experience and the hustle to keep the ship moving in the right direction We are looking for someone to get us to our destination on time and in style; someone who will inspire trust and confidence with our clients, while tactfully guiding them to make smart decisions. Ideally you remain relatively calm under pressure (not so calm we suspect you’re sedated), show good judgment (duh), and are fun to hang out with – we’re a small team, we want to spend our time with people we like and at least occasionally make us laugh.
