Functions • Drive revenue growth by selling advertising and marketing solutions to new and existing credit union clients • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territory • Develop a deep understanding of client goals to recommend tailored advertising solutions • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships • Act as a strategic advisor, aligning advertising strategies to support client growth and business objectives • Conduct regular client outreach to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continued engagement • Partner with marketing and media teams to plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to clients • Ensure campaigns are executed effectively and aligned with client expectations • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify upsell, cross-sell, and new product opportunities • Work in tandem with vendor/core account managers to deliver coordinated client communication • Provide guidance and direction to account management support resources as needed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and account details in Salesforce (CRM) • Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and product offerings to strengthen client conversations • Resolve client challenges with professionalism, strong communication, and a solutions-oriented mindset Preferred • Experience in advertising sales a plus. • A results-oriented team player who is skilled at prospecting.
