Job Duties: Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet Focused sales effort by studying existing and potential markets and volume of regional dealers and national retailers Process orders and manage reports through NetSuite ERP Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Skills and Qualifications: Goal oriented with ability to formulate, establish, execute, analyze, and evaluate the results of goals set forth by the sales representative as well as those of the sales organization and the company as a whole Closing Skills with the ability to establish needs, ability to fulfill needs and identification, as well as elimination of hindrances of the order being placed. Prospecting & negotiation skills Ability to learn and absorb product knowledge Establishment and fostering of client relationships Motivation and desire to sell Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required with ability to create, compose, and edit written materials including formal proposals and business correspondence Presentation skills and the ability to develop and deliver presentations.
