ACCOUNT MANAGER - COMMUNITY RELATIONS

We are a full-service Marketing Agency looking to hire a locally based Community Relations Member for our team. The Community Relations Member will report daily tasks, assignments and updates on all marketing related activities. This will include but not limited to all the functions associated with educating customers on the benefits of our services. Employee must be able to work and manage a flexible schedule that may include performing working outside the normal 9am to 5pm workday. Duties and Responsibilities • Connect with members of the local Spring Creek and Elko Communities • Attend Community Outreach Meetings • Manage Community Public Relations • Handle Marketing Activities • Conduct or coordinate the research and evaluation of programs, events, sponsorships, and opportunities including making recommendations and performing post analysis • Research vendors and negotiate rates appropriate for program advertising needs • Develop, coordinate and manage direct mail or online campaigns including working with internal or external groups/agencies to generate customer lists applying data research and demographic analysis • Develop various customer engagement and collateral materials • Consolidate information and deliver content in various formats such as PowerPoint, spreadsheets or reports
