This position offers a unique, early-stage opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the trajectory of ads on Duolingo for hundreds of millions of learners. You will... • Deliver a best-in-class Duolingo experience for brand partners • Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, managing day-to-day client and internal communications • Develop program timelines and kick off materials for new programs • Work with key members of the ads team and business to coordinate deliverables, troubleshoot and ensure a smooth campaign delivery • Collaborate with Ad Ops to successfully launch campaigns, QA, monitor live program pacing and performance to ensure campaign expectations are met • Manage insertion orders and plans within internal sales operating systems • Partner with the sales team on RFP submissions and develop media plans inclusive of video and native/custom ad formats • Identify in-campaign incremental opportunities and provide your clients with ongoing strategic guidance • Lead the development of campaign recaps, telling a holistic narrative of program learnings and insights • Contribute positively to team culture and shared goals
