Account Manager - Digital Marketing

Margle Media is looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong digital marketing background to lead client relationships and keep campaigns moving from strategy through execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and bringing digital and social campaigns to life across channels.

What you’ll do

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsManage digital and social marketing campaigns in collaboration with Creative, Digital, and Project teamsTranslate strategy into execution across content, paid, social, email, and webManage timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverablesLead client-facing materials including strategy decks, reports, agendas, and recapsReview performance metrics and support optimization recommendationsIdentify growth opportunities and support account expansionSupport onboarding, account transitions, and day-to-day account operationsMentor junior team members as needed

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)5–7+ years of client services experience, preferably in a digital or creative agency3+ years managing client relationships, timelines, and deliverablesStrong understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign strategyExcellent communication, organization, and presentation skillsExperience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com

Work environment

Based in Milwaukee, WIApproximately 80% in-office, with some flexibility

Compensation & benefits

Salary Range - $85,000 - $95,000Flexible PTOMedical insurance after 60 days with employer contributionsHSA with employer contributionFlexible work arrangements when possibleParental leave
