Account Manager, Enterprise

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.Experience:2+ year of professional experience in client-facing account management.Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts.Proven ability to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results.Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute client strategies.SkillsUnderstanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, social media, and paid advertisingExcellent attention to detail, with a keen understanding of budget constraints and project managementExceptional communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust with clients.A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing client expectations.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform well under pressure.Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and industry best practices.
