You’ll collaborate with our media, creative, and technical teams to deliver campaigns that drive results—and make our clients feel taken care of every step of the way.What You’ll DoServe as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing communication, timelines, and deliverablesBuild strong client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and performanceLead recurring client calls and check-ins with clarity and confidenceCreate project briefs, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryMonitor campaign performance and collaborate with media, SEO, and analytics teams to generate insights and recommendationsProactively identify opportunities for upsells, renewals, and strategic improvementsOwn reporting—gathering data, distilling insights, and presenting clear takeaways to clientsKeep your finger on the pulse of each client’s goals, pain points, and growth trajectoryWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management—agency experience preferredFamiliarity with digital marketing tactics, including paid media, SEO, web design, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, GA4, Call Rail, Bright Local)Excellent communication skills—both written and verbalStrong organizational and time management skills, with a knack for juggling multiple projects and prioritiesComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, problem-solving mindset—you're someone who makes things happenBased in or near Basking Ridge, NJ, with the ability to work in-office 3 days per weekThe total compensation for this salaried, non-exempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, the potential for bonuses, plus benefits.
