We are looking for a highly organized marketer with strong client instincts, polished writing skills, and a solid grasp of reporting, campaign support, and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership naturally, and wants to grow inside a high-touch agency environment where their work will matter immediately.
In the first phase of the role, you will work closely with both agency owners across active accounts, attend meetings, support day-to-day execution, and learn how we operate. Over time, this person will become a key point of continuity across client communication, reporting, onboarding, and account flow.

CompensationThis role will begin as a part-time 1099 contractor position, typically ranging from 20-40 hours per week depending on current client load and agency needs. Compensation ranges from $35-$45 per hour, based on experience and fit. We are looking for someone who can grow with the agency over time, so there is clear opportunity for expanded responsibility and hours for the right person.
