Account Manager + Marketing Operations Coordinator

In the first phase of the role, you will work closely with both agency owners across active accounts, attend meetings, support day-to-day execution, and learn how we operate. What you’ll doSupport day-to-day client communication across accountsAttend client meetings, capture action items, and keep follow-up movingHelp manage project flow across multiple clients, deadlines, and deliverablesSupport onboarding for new clients, including kickoff prep, asset collection, and internal coordinationBuild, review, and synthesize reporting across Google Analytics, social platforms, paid media, local SEO, and programmatic campaignsMonitor account performance and identify red flags, issues, or opportunities earlyAssist with campaign management, QA, optimization, and troubleshootingSupport local SEO work including listings, audits, reporting, and related coordinationMaintain internal organization across tasks, documents, recurring workflows, and client detailsHelp with light business admin such as follow-ups, invoicing coordination, and operational supportJump into website backends for minor updates, troubleshooting, or quick fixes when neededHelp ensure each client and project is being actively monitored and moved forwardWhat kind of person tends to do well hereYou are organized without being rigidYou communicate clearly, professionally, and promptlyYou notice details and catch problems earlyYou can shift between priorities without losing momentumYou are comfortable taking ownership of your workYou do not need constant hand-holding, but you do value collaborationYou care about quality and follow-throughYou value craftsmanship of your workYou like working in an environment where no two weeks look exactly the sameExperience and qualifications2+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, campaign coordination, agency operations, or a related roleStrong writing ability for client emails, recaps, reporting notes, and day-to-day professional communicationExperience working across multiple active accounts or projects at onceFamiliarity with Google Analytics and marketing reportingFamiliarity with ad dashboards and campaign supportAbility to interpret performance data and identify issues worth escalatingExperience supporting paid media, programmatic, local SEO, or related digital marketing workComfort navigating website backends, hosting platforms, or basic web troubleshootingStrong organizational skills, judgment, and follow-throughConsistent ability to learn on and off the job for personal skill advancementTools and platformsExperience with some of the following is preferred: Work style and structureContractor role20-40 hours per week to startRemote, with preference for Colorado-based candidatesFlexible working hoursHigh autonomy with clear expectations around communication, ownership, and follow-throughOpportunity to grow with the agency as the team expandsWhat success looks likeIn this role, success looks like strong client communication, clean follow-through, thoughtful reporting, early issue spotting, and consistent momentum across accounts.
