Account Manager - Performance Marketing

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Performance Marketing. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned clients, leading quarterly planning and ongoing strategy development Manage end-to-end execution of affiliate and influencer campaigns, monitoring performance metrics and implementing data-driven optimizations Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams, delivering clear reporting and presenting strategies to senior-level audiences Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing (affiliate, influencer, or performance PR) Proven success in managing client relationships and driving measurable growth Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and social/influencer ecosystems Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools
