Account & Marketing Coordinator – Creative Marketing Agency

Grova Creative is looking for an Account & Marketing Coordinator to serve as the day-to-day contact for select client accounts, support marketing strategy, and help keep creative projects moving from idea to execution. This early-career role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, curious, and ready to grow in both client service and strategic marketing. Serve as the day-to-day contact for select client accounts, with support from senior team membersCommunicate with clients and internal team members to keep projects movingSupport strategy discussions, research, planning, and recommendations for client projects and campaignsHelp translate client goals, feedback, and needs into clear next steps for the creative teamHelp manage project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and next stepsOrganize meetings, notes, follow-ups, project details, and client communicationAssist with light proofreading, meeting recaps, client notes, and internal communication; this is not a copywriting role, but some writing will be involvedCoordinate with designers, writers, strategists, and other team members to keep work movingTrack project progress and help keep accounts organized and on scheduleCoordinate social media-related timelines, approvals, content planning, and client communication as neededContribute to a positive client experience from kickoff to completion Support other account service, marketing, and project coordination tasks as assigned Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple assignments, client needs, and deadlinesPositive attitude and willingness to learnSelf-starter with a collaborative mindsetInterest in marketing strategy, branding, advertising, and client serviceAbility to think critically, ask thoughtful questions, and connect project details back to client goalsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced agency environmentExperience with marketing, communications, project coordination, account service, or customer service is a plusBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field preferredMust be located in or near Tallahassee, FL or willing to relocateMust be able to work in the office Monday–Wednesday, Thurs & Fri are remote We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in, learn a ton, and grow within a creative agency environment.
