Overview Deep Fried is a team of just under 20, and we are seeking a qualified and experienced hybrid Account / Project Manager to work in conjunction with the integrated team, clients and vendors to develop and produce strategic, purposeful creative and interactive projects. Desired Experience • 2 – 4 years in agency experience including digital marketing (specific account management experience is a plus) • Project management / invoicing software platforms (training to be provided) • Bonus: Experience in Strategy, Media buying, Web development • Meet with new / existing clients and follow up throughout the sales cycle • Draft well-written proposals and define scopes of work based on client needs • Estimate new jobs, create client and internal budgets and timelines, and address change orders • Attend / lead meetings and presentations with clients and team members • Act as primary client onboarding point-person as new accounts come in • Build and manage client relationships and be an accessible resource for requests • Attend networking events / represent the company during / outside office hours • Write creative briefs and assist in brand / marketing audits • Effectively manage and track projects from start to finish leveraging project management tools • Work with the creative, digital and development teams to convey project specifics and client needs and provide feedback throughout the project where needed • Ensure adherence to internal design / development processes and timelines • Contribute to / strategize campaign concepts • Build and implement marketing plans with clients, vendors and internal/external teams • Coordinate with outside vendors for printing, photo shoots, market research, etc.
